If the surface load becomes larger, the wall temperature of the heating element will increase, which will reduce the heating element in the air heater. However, if the surface load is too small and the wall temperature is too low, the efficiency of the air heater heat exchanger will be reduced, so the selection of the surface load of the electric heating element in the air heater is particularly important.
