Heater working note

1. Equipped with a 10% spare heating tube. If the terminal block is left unconnected, if there is a fault, there is no need to stop production and maintenance, just connect the terminal block to the line.

2. We use seamless cylinders and go through hydraulic pressure test (generally the test pressure is 8-10Kg, if it is a pressure vessel tube, X-ray inspection is needed) to ensure the safety during use.

3. The material of our insulation layer is aluminum silicate cotton, and the shell temperature can reach the level of human touch, which is normally around 36 ℃; while some manufacturers use rock wool, which has poor thermal insulation performance, and human body may be burned by touching Case.

4. Control cabinet: Our control cabinet adopts PID self-tuning intelligent control, and the wiring is neatly arranged. The rationality and convenience are checked by an electrical engineer before leaving the factory.
