Requirements for the use of electric auxiliary pipe heaters

Repair and maintenance of electric auxiliary heater:

Remove the side seal end cap, unscrew the nut on the flange, and then extract the electric heating tube. The drain valve under the cylinder can clean some impurities in the cylinder. It does not require any other auxiliary equipment, and has obvious advantages in installation, operation and maintenance compared to other equipment such as small boilers.

Precautions for use:

1. Before the auxiliary heater is operated, the water system must be properly circulated before the heater can be energized. This will prevent the auxiliary heater from shortening the service life of the auxiliary heater after drying.

2. Always install grounding and earth leakage switches when installing the auxiliary heater.

3. When installing the auxiliary heater, it is best to use an independent control electric control box.
